What counts as a daily post?

A simple progress update.

It can be:

Is this challenge free?

What if I can’t do 60 minutes of movement?

What if I don’t have time?

Then this challenge is probably for you. The daily requirements are foundational:

- 60 minutes movement

- 10 minutes meditation

- 10 pages reading

If your schedule can’t support 90 intentional minutes for yourself, that’s a sign something needs to change.
